Ali Zafar Complete Bio & Career

Ali Zafar started his professional career as a singer. He made his singing debut with the song titled Jugnuon Se Bhar Le Aanchal from the Pakistani movie called Shararat. He became an overnight star after his debut album Huqa Pani was released. This album’s song Channo became immensely popular. In excess of 5 million units of this album were sold and it finally became one of top selling Pakistani albums ever.
 
He was equally ardent in singing Folk as well as Sufi songs. His voice modulation made him one of the most sought after singer in Pakistan. After establishing himself in the Pakistani showbiz industry, this chocolate faced boy came to India and immediately made his mark in Bollywood. He made his acting debut with the much acclaimed Hindi film called Tere Bin Laden in 2010.
 
After which, he was a part of various Hindi films such as Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Total Siyapaa, Kill Dil and Dear Zindagi among others. Most of his films failed at the box-office but were still in demand. Due to cross-border tension, he had to leave India and continue acting in Pakistani films. He is currently filming for the Pakistani films called Deosai and Teefa in Trouble.
 
Besides acting, he has sung various songs in Bollywood. His track Ali Hassan from the film Tere Bin Laden needs a special mention. In addition to acting and singing, he has also appeared in numerous commercials both in Pakistan and India. He is also a brilliant painter.

He was born to a famous Pakistani professor mother Kanwal Ameen and father Mohammad Zafarullah. He has two brothers named Danyal Zafar & Zain Zafar. On 28-07-2009, he married Ayesha Fazli. Together the couple is blessed with two children including a daughter named Alyza Zafar and a son named Azaan Zafar.
