Ashika Ranganath was born on 05-08-1996 in Hassan in the state of Karnataka, India. She is an Indian Film Actress, Model & Dancer who is known for her work in Kannada cinema as well as Tamil & Telugu movies.
Ashika Ranganath Complete Bio & Career
Ashika Ranganath was raised in Tumakuru in Karnataka. For higher studies, she relocated to Bengaluru and participated in reality shows such as Dance Karnataka and Celan & Clear Fresh Face Bengaluru in the year 2014. She was runner-up in both shows but got noticed from there. She soon made her acting debut through the Kannada film 'Crazy Boy' in 2016 as Nandini opposite Dilip Prakash. The movie was declared a hit at the box office and also won her Best Debutant Actress nominations as well.
She never looked back after that and has already appeared in nearly 10 Kannada films in such a short span of time. For her performance in Anil Kumar's Kannada film Raambo 2, she received nomination for Best Actress (Kannada). In 2021, she was seen in two Kannada films Kotigobba 3, and Madhagaja. For her performance in Madhagaja, she won the SIIMA awards for Best Actress (Kannada). In 2022, she was seen in the Kannada film Garuda, Kaaneyaadavara Bagge Prakatane & Raymo. In the same year, she made her Tamil debut in A.Sarkunam's film 'Pattathu Arasan' as Pavithra opposite Atharvaa.
In 2023, she made her Telugu debut in Rajendra Reddy's film 'Amigos' opposite Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. Next, she was seen in Vijay Binni's Telugu film 'Naa Saami Ranga' in 2024 as Varamahalakshmi (Varalu) opposite Nagarjuna, Allari Naresh, Raj Tarun, Shabeer Kallarakkal, and others. Next, she was seen in Kannada film Avatara Purusha 2, and O2, and won Best Actress award by the SIMMA for her performance in O2. Same year, she appeared in Tamil romantic action comedy film 'Miss You' as Subbulakshmi opposite Siddharth.
In 2025, she acted in Simple Suni's Kannada film 'Gatha Vaibhava' as Devakanye opposite Dushyanth. The film has been scheduled to be release on 14-11-2025 in Kannda & Telugu language.
