Giannis Antetokounmpo Complete Bio & Career

For the 2012/13 season, the club, in whose first team Giannis now debuted and his brother had already played, rose for the first time in the second Greek league. He is chosen in 15th position of the draft 2013 NBA by the Milwaukee Bucks, which is surprising because it was playing in a very competitive championship.
 
On the individual level, he had a good season. He quickly wins playing time in the very small Bucks team and becomes a frequent replacement. He finished the season with averages of 6.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 0.8 interceptions and 0.8 against per game. In the 2014/15 season, he was voted Player of the Week of the Eastern Conference for the week of February 2-8. It was the first such award in his career. In January 2015, He finished second in the title of the best young European player of 2014; behind Dario Saric. The player is tenured at the end of his rookie season. The following season, he becomes a vital player on the team, starting 71 out of 81 times and the Bucks qualify for the 2015 playoffs. His statistics for the season are 12.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.9 interceptions and 1.0 against.
 
The following season, his stats improved again: 16.9 points, 7.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.2 interceptions and 1.4 against. This is the player who is most used by Jason Kidd with 35.3 minutes per game. During the 2016-2017 season, He is selected from the 2017 All-Star Game at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. With 30 points, he finished the team's top scorer in the East Conference who lost 192-182.
 
On June 22, 2017, he is elected Most prominent Player, a trophy that rewards the player with the most progress compared to the previous season. The 2018-19 season was not just a change for the Bucks with a change on the coaching bench, Mike Budenholzer had replaced in the summer break interim coach Joe Prunty, but also with a change of their venue, after the franchise from the Bradley Center in the Fiserv Forum was changed. In early December, the Bucks counted 15 wins after 21 games completed and he had now one of the star players in the entire East, was voted player of the month Oct -Nov for his achievements.
