K. T. Raghavan was born in Hindu family. He completed his initial education from St. Joseph Higher Secondary School at Chengalpattu and jumped to University of Madras where he fulfilled his bachelor degree of law in 1991. After that, K. T. Took addmission in Post graduation in the same college in 1991 till 1994.
After that, he started job as a lawyer and jumped into politics in 2014 when he became the MLA of Tamil Nadu. He served himself for several years for the public of Tamil Nadu as a representative of BJP. With the growing age, Raghavan won elections several times and achieved the position of genral secretary. Recently, he got caught in the sexual harrasment case with a another politician woman on video call. After this, the party immediately dismissed him for his position and police of Tamil Nadu trying to investigate the case properly.
