Kamal Amrohi was Born on January 17, 1918, in Amroha in the Zamindar family, Kamal Amrohi's initial name was Syed Amir Haider Kamal utilized to write regular columns in an Urdu newspaper in the initial period. After doing work for a while in the newspaper, his brain began fluttering, and also he headed over to Calcutta after that relocated to Mumbai from there. On arriving at Mumbai, Kamal Amrohi received the assignment of writing dialogue in few films produced by Minerva Movietone. Included movies like jailer, despite having all of this, Ammal Amrohi was unable to discover that personal identity for which he had come to Mumbai.

For about ten years, the film industry had to struggle with a purpose to make their own acknowledged Kamal Amrohi their personality. His star shone with the classic film 'Mahal' produced by Ashok Kumar in 1949. Ashok Kumar offered Kamal Amrohi the direction of the film 'Mahal.' The financial success of the palace with music as well as acting has not just awarded the right direction to the veteran actor Lata Mangeshkar, but the film's heroine Madhubala was established as a star. In 1952, Kamal Amrohi married renown film actress Meena Kumari. During that time there seemed to be a great difference in the age of Kamal Amrohi and Meena Kumari. Kamal Amrohi was 34 years old, even though Meena Kumari was merely just 19 years old. After the profitability of the palace, Kamal Amrohi established the Amazing Pictures and the Kamalistan Studios. Under the banner of Amazing Pictures, he produced the movie 'Dera' with actress wife Meena Kumari, and this film failed to prove any special work on the screens.

In the meantime, Kamal Amrohi was seen in the film 'Mughal-e-Azam 'got the chance to write the dialogue. Wajahat Mirza was writing the dialogue for this film, but KAZIF felt that a dialogue writer required it, The dialect written by the audience could not emerge from the rain for decades, and also because of this, he involved Kamal Amrohi in his four dialogues. Kamal Amrohi got the Filmfare Award for Best Dialogue for this movie. In the year 1964, Amal Amrohi and Meena Kumari got a crack in their married life, so they started living separately. In the meanwhile, Kamal Amrohi was occupied in the production of his ambitious film 'Pakija.' He did take about fourteen years to produce this film.

After the death of Meena Kumari in 1972, Kamal Amrohi shattered, and she shuffled the film industry. In 1983, Kamal Amrohi for a second time turned to the film industry with the objective of setting itself up and directed the film 'Razia Sultan.' In this film made on a grand scale, Kamal Amrohi again considered his direction of iron. In the 90's, Kamal Amrohi wished to produce a film called 'Last Mughal,' but his vision was not changed into reality. The significant filmmaker Kamal Amrohi, who created an exceptional persona in the hearts of his audience, went on to leave behind the world on February 11, 1993.
