Mike Epps was born on 18-11-1970 in Indianapolis in the state of Indiana, United States. He is an American Film Actor, Film Producer, Television Actor, Writer, Comedian, Rapper, Voice Artist & Musician who known for his work in Hollywood film industry.

Mike Epps Complete Bio & Career

Mike Epps began his career as a stand-up comedian when he participated in a comedy competition in Indiana. The club owner recommended Epps to go to New York, where he should improve his skills in the Comedy Act Theater. He followed the advice and moved at the age of 21 years to the city on the east coast. He made his acting debut from the film Strays as Mikeys in 1997.

For the first time, he became aware of himself in a series of the television series The Sopranos, in which he appeared as Jerome. In the same year, he met the rapper Ice Cube at a cast for the film Next Friday, who hired him instead of Chris Tucker (who had cancelled) for the role of Day-Day. This was Epps first major role in a movie and meant for him the breakthrough. In 2001, he was a voice actor in the film Dr Med. Dolittle 2 and also played in the movie So High. A year later, he was in the sequel to Next Friday, Friday after Next to see again in the role of Day-Day.

Later, he was also involved in the film Fighting Temptations (2003) with Cuba Gooding Junior and Beyoncé Knowles and starred in the movie Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) as LJ in the sequel to the film, Resident Evil: Extinction (2007) he also with us. He has a short appearance in Hancock, in the short sequence during the credits as a gangster. He released his first studio album Funny Bidness: Da Album in 2009. In 2011 published EP Hell: The Sequel by Bad Meets Evil sings Epps the chorus of "I'm On Everything".
