Niharika Konidela was born in an illustrious family of actors and hence her becoming an actress was largely due to that. After completion of her studies, she started her career as an Anchor. In 2016, she made her acting debut through Telugu web series Muddapappu Avakai in the year 2016. In addition to acting, she also produced the web series. She made her film debut through Telugu film Oka Manasu in the year 2016. She was cast alongside Naga Shourya in this film and the film did reasonably well at the box-office. In 2018, she made her Telugu film debut through Arumuga Kumar's Tamil black comedy film titled Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren. In 2019, she acted along her uncle Chiranjeevi in the epic action film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
