He was roped in by Pro Kabaddi league team Bengaluru Bulls in 2015 and in his debut season he proved his mettle in the limited chances that he got. He became a household name after he was roped in by Patna Pirates in the year 2016. He was the highest scorer that season and since then has won the Most Valuable Played award twice. He along with Rohith Kumar has formed a formiddable pair and the duo are one of the most threatening raiders.
In addition to Pro Kabaddi, he has also proved his mettle at the international level too. He was a part of the team which won the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup held in Ahmedabad. He was also a part of the squad that won the 2017 Asian kabaddi Championship and Dubai Kabaddi Masters in 2018. He was also a part of the squad that won Bronze medal in the 2018 Asian Games as well.
