Radha Saluja began her career through the Bollywood film Do Raha in the year 1971. She then appeared as a female lead in numerous films, like Aaj Ki Taaza Khabar (1973), Man Jeete Jag Jeet (1973) and Dukh Bhanjan Tera Naam (1974), Man Jeete Jag Jeet Sikh religious films in Punjabi, wherein she was cast alongside Sunil Dutt. She also appeared alongside M.G. Ramachandran in the Tamil films, Idayakani (1975) and Indrupol Endrum Vaazhga (1977) and with N. T. Rama Rao and Rajinikanth in the Telugu film, Tiger (1979).
 
She made a comeback to the silver screen after 20 years in 2003 with the Hindi film titled Banana Brothers in the year 2003. Since then she has never been seen on the silver screen and is settled with her family in the United States.
