Alisha Sharma did her primary education in "Bharatpur,' and later she shifted with her family to Kathmandu. Currently, she is pursuing her degree in "psychology." She was dreaming, and she started her journey as a model. In the beginning phase of her career, she modeled in some local modeling assignments. In 2018, she made debut from the movie "chimusichi." But she gained popularity and attained the star tag after participating in the MTV most popular reality show "Splitsvilla Season 8" which aired in 2015 on MTV.
She was the one contestant among others who competed with Prince Narula and Sana Sayyad for winning the show but could not win the show. In this show, she even voted by the male contestants for the title of "most popular female contestants" of the show.
