Alphonso McAuley has built himself a career which many dreams of. People see him as a live head of comedy. In his career, he has starred in Hollywood films that have let him showcase his comic skills. McAuley's started his acting career with his roles in famous films like the noted director Terrence Howard’s biographical drama titled "Pride" in 2007 and Josh Lucas film which was based on sports called "Glory Road" in 2006. In the decade of 2000 to 2010, McAuley predominantly worked on famous television shows like "Breaking In", "The Middle" and "Love That Girl" among others.
 
He garnered huge fans after appearing in the Jodie Foster’s comedic adventure titled "Nim's Island" in the year 2008. Among his noted film roles, McAuley appeared with Paz Vega in "Cat Run" and "Cat Run 2". He had recurring roles on television and one that needs special mention is Comedy Central’s "Key & Peele" of which, he was a part from 2011-15.
 
In addition to that, he has also worked as a voice artist and his characteristic voice was heard on the famous animated motion movie "The Lion of Judah" in 2011. Among his famous works recently, he appeared with Elizabeth Banks in the film titled "Walk of Shame" in 2014.
