She is a French-based renowned Chef who grew up in an environment surrounded by different varieties and love for food. Taste and knowing the right ingredients for food is in her genes Her father Jacques Pic and her Grandfather Andre Pic, both were supposed to be a very famous chef of their time. They owned Maison Pic, France’s famous top five-star hotel and a three Michelin star restaurant which is in Valence.
 
Initially, she didn’t want to become a chef, but later she realized that it’s in her blood and started doing training in Maison Pic. It took her not so long in becoming head chef in her father’s restaurant and after her father’s demise, hardworking Anne took control of the situation and regained the legacy that her father left with pride and privilege.
 
She further continued her career as a chef and opened two more restaurants, one in the year 2009 in Lucerne Switzerland with her name Anne-Sophie Pic and was awarded two Michelin Stars. Another in the year 2013 she opened a restaurant with name La Dame de Pic in Paris, France and have received her first Michelin stars for it.
 
In 2011, She was named as the World’s Best Female Chef by the British magazine Restaurant. She was also nominated World's Best Female Chef Award in 2011 along with Elena Arzak.
