Asaduzzaman Noor started his career In 1972 by working in a wide variety of weekly Chitriti. In 1973, he served as a manager in a printing press under an advertising agency. In 1974, the Soviet Embassy (currently Russia) joined as a press release officer. Later in 1980, East Asiatic Advertising Limited (ASI) currently works as General Manager (Asiatic Three Sequet).
He has worked tirelessly to establish the liberation war museum. He is also a member of the Trident Membership of the Liberation War Museum, President of the Recitation Coordination Council, a member of the Sammilita Sangskritik Jote and the General Secretary of Bangladesh Russia Friendship Association. In the nineties, Nanded fiction writer Humayun Ahmed did not have any place anywhere in the play, acting in the role of Baker's brother, he gained tremendous popularity across the country. He also held the responsibility of presenting the program "Who Wants to Be a Multicultural" in the country.
Since 1972, he has been involved with the civil dramatization community. He has played more than (600 times) in 15 plays of this group. He has directed two plays of this group, among which Dewan Gazi Kisasa has performed almost three hundred times in the performance of the highest performing stage play. He wrote a basic drama for the stage, the Bengali translation of the drama for the stage, the TV dramas of Rabindranath's three novels, and the TV. A big drama published in the book by Kosasa of Doyang and Dewan Gazi Kisasa. He has made more than 50 advertisements and video films in his own direction.
In 1963 Asaduzzaman Noor officially joined politics after joining the then East Pakistan Student Union. In 1965, he was elected the General Secretary of the student body of Nilphamari College. He served as the cultural secretary of the Central Committee of East Pakistan Student Union. In mid-1998, he again joined active politics and joined Bangladesh Awami League. In 2002, Bangladesh was elected as Awami League's publicity secretary and later in 2009; Bangladesh Awami League's cultural secretary was elected.
He was elected MP from Nilphamari-2 constituency in( 2001, 2008 and in 2013). He served as a member of the 9th Parliament Parliamentary Standing Committee. After the formation of Bangladesh Awami League government on Jan 5, 2013, in the 10th Jatiya Sangsad election, she took charge as the Minister of Culture on the newly constituted cabinet on Jan 12. So far, he has been working as the Minister of Culture with great success.
He has a sister named Kaosar Afsana. He is married to Shaheen Akhtar and has two children named Shudeepto Ariquzzaman and Shuprova Tasneem.
