Chrissy Costanza hails from a family of ardent music followers. Her parents though are not singers or play any instruments but supported their kids to sharpen their musical skills. In 2011, she met Will Ferri and Daniel Gow and joined their band named Against the Current in the year 2011 as a lead singer. The band achieved immense success and their posted videos on YouTube got many likes and hits. Their YouTube channel rose to prominence after their debut single “Thinking” was released on their channel.
 
The group then collaborated with another YouTube talent named Alex Goot on the cover of Owl City’s famous song “Good Time” which also featured Carly Rae Jepsen in 2012. After this collaboration, they became immensely popular. The band released their debut EP titled Infinity in 2014. To promote their extended play, they toured throughout the country. After getting noticed from one of their tours, they were signed by a studio record and released their next EP titled Gravity which released in 2015. Their EP had six songs in it and it also had a special appearance from Taka of Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK on one of the album’s songs titled '"Dreaming Alone".
 
The group announced that they have been contracted by a record label named Fueled By Ramen in March 2015. The band released their debut album titled In Our Bones in 2016. In addition to a singer, she also is a beauty guru and shares beauty tips frequently on self-titled YouTube channel.
