Christina Aguilar father was one of her most important musical influences and she and her family often sang together. After the completion of her graduation, she was recruited by a French advertising agency where she worked as an assistant account executive. The turning point in her career was when she met Rewat Bhuddhinan, then chief producer for GMM Grammy, who brought her into the music industry.
 
She released her debut single "Ninja", taken from the album of the same name, became a hit among Thai listeners. Aguilar released her third album "Red Beat" in the year 1994. This album too like her previous album was a huge hit and millions of copies were sold. She after releasing 4 Thai albums finally made an English album called 5th Avenue. She couldn’t find much of success through this album but got global recognition. Thus far, she has released 8 albums and her last album C. Space was released in 2007.
 
Since 2008, she has been busy doing live concerts all across the globe. She has also released a lot of her singles through live performances. She has a massive fan following and is arguably one of the most sought after Thai singer.
