He, later on, went to Saint Joseph’s University. He scored 18 points on average. It was owing to his efforts that the Hawks earned the Elite appearance in the NCAA tournament.
 
He got selected by the Boston Celtics in 2004. He played 39 games in the first season. His coach was Doc Rivers. He went on to represent the Celtics at the NBA all-star weekend. He showed the signs of difficulty in the season’s early. On 3 March 2007, he played the match against New Jersey nets. He scored 31 points against Minnesota Timberwolves. In 2007, he collaborated with Seatle Supersonics. In 2008, he joined Cleveland Cavaliers. He played 61 games in the entire season.
