Eddie Polland has won the European Seniors Tour twice at the age of 50. Also, he is a 4 times winner of the European Tour. He has played in the Ryder Cup as well. Eddie is a true sport and has been one throughout his life. He has played and won many awards. He is very fit and certainly, fitness is one of his priorities.
