Jamie Brewer Complete Bio & Career

She is one of many to come to limelight with a theatre background, which started way back in 1999 when she was just 14 years old. She enrolled at 'The Groundlings Theatre and School'. To sharpen her skills further she enrolled at 'The Ruskin School of Acting'. She made her acting debut with the television series American Horror Story: Murder House in 2011. Her role as Adelaide 'Addie' Langdon became widely popular. After which she was cast in the third and the fourth season of the series. She will soon be seen in a short film titled Kill Off.
 
Jamie became the youngest ever to be elected President of the ARC of Fort Bend Chapter. After which, she joined the State of Texas ARC Board, then nominated to the administration Board as Treasurer. Jamie was then invited to work on the ARC Governmental Affairs Committee for Texas State. She was outspoken and put forward her views with Senators at the Texas State Capitol to convince them to pass the law to stop using the "R" word from state legislation, and also spoke about the wants of people with disabilities in Texas.
 
Brewer has been associated with several charitable organizations, including DSiAM, DSALA, National Down Syndrome Congress, BTAP, Civitan International. and American Association of People with Disabilities in the United States. 
 
In 2015, she created history by becoming the first ever model with Down syndrome to walk the ramps during New York Fashion Week when participated in Carrie Hammer's "Role Models Not Runway Models" campaign.
