John Cena Complete Bio & Career

Cena developed a passion for working out and sports since an early age. Since turning 15, he started hitting the gym and soon after graduating from high school, Cena enrolled at the Springfield College, Massachusetts. He studied exercise physiology in the university and thereby also proved his skills in the game of soccer.
 
Cena’s life completely changed in 2000 after a conversation with a professional wrestler. The wrestler asked the Gym management to provide him training in wrestling and subsequently he took training at the former WWE Company called UPW (Ultimate Pro Wrestling).
 
Though, the wrestler’s advice was not the only thing that worked in his favour to pick wrestling as a career option. His father, Johnny Fabulous (aka Sir John Sr.) was himself a businessman and a presenter of wrestling events. When Cena was a kid, he used to glued to the television set and watch his wrestling heroes battle it out. His childhood heroes were Ultimate Warrior, The Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels among others.
 
Cena after becoming a professional wrestler didn’t took long to rise at the top. First he captured Ultimate Pro Wrestler title in 2000 and then in 2002 claimed the OVW heavyweight title to his name. The very same here he made his WWE debut and within two years of his WWE debut defeated the legendary Big Show and claimed the United States Championship. His finish move FU was one of the toughest move to get over and today he is one of the veteran of Wrestling.
 
His good looks has helped him venture out of the WWE ring as well. He has established his own production house called the Wing of WWE. Under his production banner Cena has starred in a couple of action films such as 12 Rounds and The Marine. Cena received rave reviews for his performance in the hit comedy film Trainwreck in 2015.

He was born to John Cena Sr. (Wrestling Announcer) & Carol Cena. He has four brothers named Matt Cena, Steve Cena, Sean Cena & Dan Cena. He was married to his longtime girlfriend, Elizabeth Huberdeau, in 2009. The marriage was short-lived and the couple divorced in 2012. He then started dating fellow WWE superstar and model Nikki Bella. After dating her for five years, he proposed Bella for marriage in 2017. But, the couple never married. In 2019, he started dating Shay Shariatzadeh. The couple got married on 12-10-2020 in a private ceremony in Tampa in the state of Florida, United States.
