She is a fashion designer who co-founded Franziska Fox, a successful women's knitwear business, with her friend Briana Andalore. Fox makes her major debut film as a showroom saleswoman and mistress of Howard Ratner, an unpredictable jewelry dealer, and gambling addict, in the 2019 Safdie brothers film Uncut Gems.
After meeting Josh Safdie by happenstance in a cafe in SoHo, Manhattan, Fox had known the Safdie brothers for almost a decade. Fox, a writer, and director have also made appearances in movies and television shows. She was in an episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent in 2006 and she was in the movie The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete (2013).
Her first starring role was in the short film PVT Chat. Fox has also had several minor roles in other films, including Friends with Kids (2011) and The Switch (2010).
