Initially, Kelly started with the modeling career which mainly includes the campaigns for Oliver Peoples sunglasses, Rembrandt, and Miller Lite. Additionally, she got a chance to appear on the cover of two magazines namely Stuff Magazine and Maxim Magazine. Most prominently, she became the spokesperson for the organization namely Smile Network International. This is basically the humanitarian organization which seems to provide reconstructive surgeries as well as health care services in order to improve the patient’s condition in developing countries. 
 
Later, in the year 2007, she got a chance to perform in the horror movie Dead of Winter along with the popular co-stars like Kaley Cuoco and Leighton Meester. After completing her contract with the last episode of Nip/Tuck in the year 2009, she began to perform in a recurring role as a Hollywood Madam which was cast on The CW. However, she has also taken part in the small and minor role in the Canadian television movie named as Degrassi Goes Hollywood.
