Ken Osmond Complete Bio & Career

Ken Osmond was a famous American actor and also a police offer. His mother wanted him to become an actor and hence she took him and his brother for audition when he was just 4 years old. At the age of 10, he grabbed a role in the film So Big in the year 1953. He came to limelight through his portrayal of Eddie Haskell on the quintessential 50s family show Leave It to Beaver. He was a part of the show from 1957 to 1963. After the series got over, he couldn't attract many roles towards him and hence joined the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) where he worked as a motorcycle officer. He took 5 bullets while chasing a suspected car thief. He applied for a disability pension and finally retired from force in the year 1988 and went bact to small screen.
His 2nd inning in the industry didn't had much of a success though. He starred in series's like Still the Beaver, and High School U.S.A. He also managed to grab some roles in the films as well. After doing 2 films in the decade of the 1990s, he made a come back to the silverscreen after a gap of 18 years in 2016 with the film titled Characterz. This remains to be his last film. He was best remembered for his performance in Leave It to Beaver. He used to make appearances at film festivals, nostalgia conventions, and collectors' show occasionally.
