Kevin De Bruyne is a professional football player from Belgium. He represents Belgium National Team and the English Club Manchester City. This attacking Belgian midfielder is often considered as one of the finest midfielders in Europe.
 
Initially, he played for his hometown club KVV Drongen and Gent, before joining Genk in 2005. He scored five goals and made sixteen assists in the winning Belgian Pro League campaign for Genk in 2010-11. After a short time in Chelsea Club, he joined Werder Bremen in Bundesliga. In January 2014, he signed into Wolfsburg for about €22 million. In the season 2014-15, he scored 16 goals and 27 assists, helping Wolfsburg to attain the second position in Bundesliga and qualify for the UEFA Champions League 2015-16. He was named ‘Footballer of the Year in Germany’ in 2015. In August 2015, he became the second costliest transfer in the history of British football when Manchester City signed him for a club record amount of about £55 million. He was among the 23-shortlisted players for the FIFA Ballon d’Or Award in 2015. In his international career, he was the part of the Belgian National Team that reached the quarter-final stages of UEFA Euro Cup in 2016 and FIFA World Cup in 2014. 
 
He has won several awards and accolades including the ‘Bundesliga Young Player of the Year’ in 2012-13, ‘Bundesliga Player of the Year’ in 2014-15, ‘Ethiad Player of the Year’ in 2015-16, ‘Premier League top assists’ in 2016-17 and much more.
