Kulbhushan Kharbanda Complete Bio & Career

Kulbhushan Kharbanda's career in Indian cinema started on an interesting note and was fruitful throughout. He followed his dream right after he got graduated from Delhi University.
 
He and his friends who were interested in theater and were serious about performing arts came together as a group called Abhiyaan where they performed in theaters. Their understanding of professional theater came along when they collaborated with already established theater called Yatrik.
 
His next big step after Yatrik got closed was Padatik, a Kolkata-based theater group.
 
While being a part of Padatik, he found his first chance in Bollywood movies. His debut movie was Jadu Ka Shankh directed by Sai Paranjpye. He worked in small roles in many Bollywood and Punjabi movies before he landed an iconic role as Shakaal in the movie Shaan. This movie became his big break in Bollywood.
 
Since then till his latest movie Azhar (Former Cricketer Azharuddin’s biopic) he displayed his acting ability and pour life into a character.
 
He worked with veteran Bollywood celebs like Naseeruddin Shah,  Shabana Azmi, Hema Malini,  Reema Lagoo. He also worked with present stars like Hrithik Roshan, Aamir Khan, Emraan Hashmi, Kajol, Akshay Khanna, Abhishek Bachan.
 
He appeared in movies like Ghayal, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, Gupt, Border, Yes Boss, Refugee.
 
In his career over four decades, he played a variety of roles like comedian, villain, hero. He also kept theater acting close to him.
