Manny was raised in Iran along with 4 siblings, until in the year 1985 when his family relocated to the US. His family decided to escape from the war in Iran which saw some of his relatives and closed ones badly injured. To change the fate of Manny and his siblings his family moved to the US when he was just 14 years old.
 
He found it very difficult during the initial years as he didn’t even knew English and to adjust in the US had to take English classes at his school. He was also bullied by other kids in school. While he was in high school, he had his first experience in business after he took up a job of selling goods in weekend. He then took the job of working at the Santa Ana Kmart where he used to collect shopping carts in the parking lot and also mop the floors.
 
He soon became one of the most popular employees at Kmart. Looking at his experience and style of work, he was made a sporting goods assistant manager. He though left the job soon to look for better opportunities. He then started working in a multi-level marketing firm and sold snacks from door to door. Within a couple of months, he became the highest revenue salesman for the company. 
 
After a few years of working, he had enough savings and decided to start his own business. He was approached by his father’s friend who gave him a deal to buy a gas station at just 10percent down payment. Later he came to know that the offer was a fraud and in the process he lost all his savings. After that, he tried his hand at getting a real estate license to get a job in the loan department for a mortgage company. Six months later, he started his own realty company. Through that, he used to to invest in distressed bank-owned properties. After this venture his fortunes changed overnight and his wealth also grew tremendously over the years. Many other established companies came forward to collaborate with his company named Khoshbin Company. His company as of now has a commercial real estate portfolio which covers 7 states in the US and has around 2.5 million square feet of land. Along with real estate, he has also ventured into other business opportunities. He wants to make his enterprise which deals in numerous business ventures.
