Meng Jia, popularly known as Jia was born on 3rd February 1990 in Loudi, Hunan, China. She is a Chinese Rapper, Singer, Actress, and Model. She is the lead dancer and rapper of the South Korean girl group miss A.

Meng Jia Complete Bio & Career

At 17, she was recruited by JYP Entertainment in 2007 while she was in school. In the early part of her career, she featured in the music video for 2 PM's popular song "My Color." It was in 2010 when Jia was selected as a member of the group Miss A. The 4-member girl group debuted in 2010 by performing in the music video of This Christmas. In 2011, Jia featured in the music video for M&D's song "Close Your Mouth", and also made a couple of brief appearances in Dream High and Dream High 2.  Jia has also been spotted at several fashion shows and has featured in a number of fashion magazines. Jia's final album with Miss A group was Colors, in 2015. She quitted her association with JYP Entertainment and Miss A group in 2016.
 
In addition to singing and dancing, she is also a known actress and made her acting debut in the Chinese television series One and a Half Summer in 2013. After which she starred in the Chinese film The Third Way of Love in 2015.
 
Recently Jia released her single "Who's That Girl", the song became immensely popular and was charted at #6 on Billboard China.
 
She has a tattoo of a heart with a lifeline on left hand’s index finger and a tattoo on one of her ankles; a compass is drawn inside a heart.
