Natalie is widely seen in popular movies such as Flawless, W.E, City of Life, and Captain America – The First Avengers and Rubicon. However, in the year 2005, she got a chance to perform in her debut movie – Casanova. Later, she landed a lead role in the movies The Rush and The Counselor in 2013. Additionally, she has also performed in the television series The Tudors, Rebus, The Fades, Masterwork, Game of Thrones, and Poe. When television performances are considered her roles in the series The Tudor and Game of Thrones is outstanding which paved way for a large number of positive responses from the public. 
 
Due to her brilliant performance, she has bagged many awards for the television series Tudors which includes Golden Nymph Award and two Gemini Awards in the category outstanding actress and Leading Dramatic role respectively. Recently, in the year 2015, she has performed in the music video – Someone New whose artist is Hozier. Additionally, she has also given many good stage performances such as The Comedy of Errors, .45, Sweet Nothings, and After Miss Julie. 
 
She was given the chance to perform in the drama – The Scandalous Lady as the noblewoman which was cast on BBC. This drama was based on the book – Lady Worsley’s Whim. Apart from the acting profession, she has also lent his voice for the video game – Game of Thrones in the role of Margaery Tyrell.
