Niira Radia is the Chairperson and Founder of Nayati Healthcare, a hospital chain with its presence in Mathura, Agra and Delhi. The tremendous growth of the organisation can be mainly attributed to the dedication and commitment of Niira Radia in bringing tertiary and quaternary level healthcare to the people of Tier II and Tier III cities. Apart from her administrative duties, she has relentlessly worked for social causes as well through her organisation, the activities of which include free public sessions and free medical camps. and public sessions. 
 
Niira Radia was born in a Punjabi family in Nairobi, Kenya. She was schooled at Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls, London. In 1994, she returned to India as a Person of Indian Origin (PIO). Before foraying into entrepreneurship, Radia has worked as an aviation consultant when the Indian aviation industry was at a nascent stage. She is known for having worked with some of the major players in the sector such as Sahara Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Tata Group, etc. In 2002, she founded Sudesh Foundation in the fond memory of her late mother, Sudesh Rani Menon.
 
With the sole mission of bringing quality and affordable healthcare services to the people of Tier II and Tier III cities, Niira Radia ventured into the medical sector in the year 2012 with Nayati Healthcare. What started out as a mobile unit to help the pilgrims in Badrinath, Uttarakhand went on to be the foundation for the chairperson’s vision. Currently, the mobile medical units of Nayati Healthcare have their presence across 15 cities in India. Under the aegis of Niira Radia, Nayati Healthcare has managed to acquire PrimaMed Super Specialty in Gurugram and South Delhi in 2018. She has also been instrumental in the establishment of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Nayati Arogya Mandir in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and facilitating medical services for the pilgrims and the inhabitants of Kashi through Nayati Healthcare.
