Otilia was born in a Romanian family in Suceava. Her mother's name is Adriana Bruma. She studied at Stefan cel Mare National College, Suceava, Romania. Her music teacher discovered her musical talent and chose her as a soloist in the school choir. She was working for local television stations and sang covers songs at 17.
Her debut song in collaboration with singer Da Fleiva is What You Gonna Do. In 2012, her first solo track All The Stars was released. In 2014, her song Bilionera was released and became a big hit around the world. Her song Prisionera was released, also became very trending. She released many songs like Adventure, French Kiss, Russian Dream, On Fire, Love or Not, Amor Real, and Somebody to Love.
Moreover, received an award for “The Most Famous Artist of the Year from Turkey's ambassador, Osman Koray Erta. Then, in 2016, also admirable for her performance in the song "Adventure".
