Continuing the legacy of the family, she was raised in, Patti Stanger renowned as The Millionaire Matchmaker as she financed and starred in a reality show with the same name. Before executing this million dollar idea, she worked in fields like marketing and finance for a good amount of time
 
After working in the fashion industry, she sought out matchmaking of millionaires. Her approach to matchmaking was pretty straight forward. She met the millionaires who were looking to settle down. Her thorough research about the preferences of people and the outcome of her ability to see through the probability made her successful
 
Her success made her so famous that she was able to produce her own reality show with the same concept. In this reality show, the entire process of matchmaking is captured. She was brutal while selecting potential candidates for the show. However, this reality show got into the series and also completed a hundred episodes.
 
After a year of her reality show, she worked on a radio channel for a program called P.S. I Love You. This program was aired on  MIX Channel 22 and The Pink Channel. She penned down her ideas and published it as a book called Become Your Own Matchmaker: 8 Easy Steps for Attracting Your Perfect Mate.

As an adopted daughter of IRA and Rhoda, she received a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Miami. She was married to Andy Friedman and the wedding preparations were shown in one her episodes. The couple later separated.
