He made his acting debut through Bollywood film MP3: Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar in the year 2007. The film did reasonably well at the box-office and since then he has become a consistent figure in Bollywood films till 2013. He was a part of some unsuccesful Bollywood films like Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai, Dangerous IShq, and I Don't Luv U among others. After failing to establish himself in Bollywood, he decided to turn to small screen.
