Soori is an established south Indian actor who has worked in over 100 Tamil films. Starting with an uncredited role in Tamil film Ninaivirukkum Varai, he wet on to feature in various Tamil films till 2003. His first credited role was in Tamil film Varnajalam where he played a petty role as a thief. He came to recognition with the Tamil film Porali in the year 2011.
Since then, he has never looked baack and has starred in some of the most acclaimed Tamil films such as Sundarapandian, Pandiya Naadu, Rajini Murugan, and Sangili Bungili Kadhava Thorae among many others. He was recently seen in Tamil films such as Saamy Square, Kanchana 3, Namma Veettu Pillai, and Sanga Thamizhan among many others.
