Mishra is certified by India’s Council of Architecture (COA), elected Life Time associate member of the Indian Institute of Architects and empaneled with various urban local bodies including the Patna Municipal Corporation and Bihar State Disaster Management Authority. He also owns an architectural and interior firm named P and M Creations established in 2015 at Patna, Bihar. He has a keen interest in designing sustainable and functional projects. 
 
Ar. Mishra trained under reputed architect and Indian author Ar. Surinder Bahga Sir. He has worked as a project lead and consultant architect for Artha Venture-backed Jadooz.  He has also worked as Strategist, Associate, and Analyst for Prashant Kishor’s mentored Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC). Ar. Sujeet is also known for his strategic planning. 
 
Working in both rural and urban areas provided Ar. Mishra with comprehensive knowledge of the architecture and construction industry. Not only does this platform calculate the cost, but it also builds houses at that cost. Ar. Mishra’s goal with Thikedaar.com is to help people get well-designed homes with quality construction, on time, and within budget. He believes a home is a basic need and that everyone should have access to well-designed sustainable homes irrespective of their income. 
 
Ar. Sujeet is a professional in Conservation and Management of Archaeological Sites by the government of Bihar (Department of Culture, Art, and Youth, Department of Archaeology). He has been a volunteer speaker at the Bihar State Disaster Management Authority. Ar. Mishra is decorated with a Certificate of Merit from EDI-DST (Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Government of India). He has garnered appreciation and participation from National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA) India, IIT, NIT, BSDMA, Punjab Energy Development Authority and the United Nations Development Programme.
