Tatyana Elizarenkova Complete Bio & Career

Tatyana Elizarenkova was a famous  Indologist (Soviet Russian) and scholar, she mainly is known for her knowledge of the Vedas. She was the renowned translator of the Rigveda and her qualities described by "Wendy Doniger." She published a Russian language translation of some chosen hymns of Rigvedic in 1972, which finally resulted into a comprehensive version of Rigveda in those particular decades, and published the three volumes by Nauka from (1989-99). From (2005-2010) three volumes of the absolute translation of Atharvaveda in the Russian language were published. 
 
She published the analysis of Pali in the English language along with her husband in 1976. She was also a specialist on Hindi and its grammatical work. She and her husband Toporov was the high official authorities of "Moscow-Tartu school of semiotics." In 2004, she conferred by Padam Shri by the govt of India for her outstanding work and her active contribution for the study of Veda's.
