Aishwarya Sharma was born and grew up in Ujjain into a Hindu Brahmin family. She did her schooling at Saraswati Vidya Mandir (SVM) in Rishi Nagar, Ujjain. Later, she joined the Alpine Institute of Technology (AIT) in Ujjain under Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) Bhopal, and completing her degree of B.Tech in Electronics and Communication. Then, she joined the Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya and completed her degree of Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA) in Kathak.
She joined the showbiz industry and made her acting debut in Hindi television crime series 'Code Red' in 2015. In the same year, she appeared in 'Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan' as Jamwanthi, and 'Suryaputra Karn' as Urvashi. Next, she was seen in several Hindi television series, including Janbaaz Sindbad, Baal Krishna, Meri Durga, Laal Ishq, Surajya Sanhita.
In 2020, she got fame with the Hindi television series 'Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin' as Pakhi aka Patralekha Mohitepatil opposite Neil Bhatt and others. For her performance, she got much acclaimed from critics and received immense love from audience. On the set of this serial, she fall in love with Neil Bhat and later, they got married. In the same year, she appeared in the Hindi web series 'Madhuri Talkies' as Punita.
