Brett Eldredge Complete Bio & Career

Brett in his early days was a huge fan of singers such as Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, and Ray Charles. He used to listen to their songs and it was then that he aspired to something in the field of music. When he was 16, he heard Brooks & Dunn and became enthralled by the country music. He attended the Elmhurst College, Chicago. He went on a trip to Nashville and there he heard his cousin named Terry Eldredge playing music at the Station Inn. He immediately transferred to Middle Tennessee State University and deeply involved himself in the vocal stylings of the great country singers like Ray Price, George Jones, and Vince Gill.
 
In addition to that, he also started working on penning material for himself and soon started singing at songwriter nights in Nashville. While performing in Nashville, he was contracted by the recording company, Atlantic Records. Eldredge's soon released his first single called "Raymond," a touching song about an Alzheimer's patient. The song was released in 2010 and received rave reviews and a considerable radio play to keep him in the hunt. The following year, he released his next single, "It Ain't Gotta Be Love," failed to make an impact but his next single "Don't Ya" was to date his biggest hit song. Over a million copies were sold and on the Country’s Single Charts it peaked till number 5.
 
On legendary singer Taylor Swift’s concert tour in 2013, he did one of the opening acts. After which, he toured with Darius Rucker in tandem in 2015. In 2015, he delivered another hit in "Lose My Mind".He recently released his single "Somethin' I'm Good At".
