Bryan Lee is among the few veteran Blues musicians who have habitually glorified the artwork of the Blues while blending his own characteristic touch which has massive fans have love hearing. He has fans all over the globe.
Over the course of his career, he has performed with his peers like James Cotton, Buddy Guy, Hubert Sumlin, Freddie King, Willie Big Eye Smith, Pinetop Perkins, Luther Allison, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Mike Zeto, Sonny Landreth, JW Jones, Larry Garner, Albert King, Tab Benoit, Albert Collins, Duke Robillard, BB King and Michael Burks just to name a few.
It was Bryan who gave Kenny Wayne Shepherd an opportunity to perform on stage, while he was just 13 years old. He performed at the historic venue of Old Absinthe House. The engagement lasted for almost 14 long years. Thereafter the duo has been a close ally. Bryan also appeared as a special guest on Kenny Wayne Shepard’s show titled “10 Days Out, Blues from the Backroads”. Bryan’s authentic hit tune “Tina Marie” was also recorded with the Kenny Wayne Shepard and it hit the Billboard top ten charts. Bryan also appeared as a guest star on Tavis Smiley and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
Bryan even today continues to guide the budding Blues musicians such as Mike Imbasciani, Matthew Curry, Magnus Berg and Tallan Noble Latz, with the goal of preserving the art form of Blues alive.
