Chahat was born in Udaipur, Rajasthan. She performs Hip-Hop and classical dance from a very young age. She has worked in many television commercials such as Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, Flipkart, Horlicks, and, DHFL. In 2017, she firstly appear on television as young Pakhi on the serial Udaan. In 2020, she made her film debut as a child actor in the film Shakuntala Devi directed by Anu Menon. She presented the character named Anu in the film. She has also performed on track Hichki along with Rani Mukherjee in the film Hichaki.
