Devi Ajith Complete Bio & Career

Devi Ajith completed her school level education from Nirmala Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram. She then completed a pre-degree course and initially thought of pursuing engineering but instead did LLB. She is somebody, for whom her foray into acting happened by chance. She was hosting a TV show and was spotted by noted filmmaker Shyama Prasad. She made her acting debut with the Malayalam series titled Manal Nagaram. It was followed by Nakshatrangal and soon she became an established actor of the small screen in Malayalam television industry.
 
She made her silver screen debut with the Malayalam film Uthara in 2002. She kept doing some minor roles in both films and television before taking a break from acting for 7 years. She made her comeback with the film Trivandrum Lodge in 2012. Immanuel, Zachariayude Garbhinikal and Kaanchi were some of his noted Malayalam films.
 
She made her Tamil film debut with the Tamil film Sooraiyadal in 2014. Since then she has been regularly seen in both Malayalam and Tamil films. Guppy, Ore Mukham and TP 51 Vettu are some of the recently released films.

She was born to V. Ramachandran Nair and S. Lalithambika. She was married to Late Ajith Kumar and with whom she has a daughter named Nandana Ajith. Ajith died because of a car accident in 1997.
