Elnaaz Norouzi was born in Iran and migrated to Germany with her family when she was 8 years old. She started her modelling career while she was in her teens. She completed her graduation in Goethe-Schule and moved to India. She travelled several parts of Asia and Europe before she finally settled in India at the age of 19. She during her modeling career in India appeared in a numerous commercials such as Nerolac, Thumbs Up, and Myntra among various others.
In 2018 after a highly successful modeling career, she plied her trade into films and made her acting debut through Pakistani Urdu film titled 'Maan Jao Naa' as Raania. In the same year, she made her debut in Punjabi film industry with film titled 'Khido Khundi' as Naaz Grewal. Next, she was seen in the Hindi crime thriller web series 'Sacred Games' as Zoya Mirza. She got fame after her performance in much acclaimed Netflix's web series called Sacred Games. Then, she appeared in Guru Randhawa's music video titled 'Made in India' as a lead female model.
In 2019, she was seen in Hindi web series 'Abhay' as Natasha opposite Kunal Khemu. She made her debut in the Bollywood film 'Hello Charlie' in 2021 as Mona Malhotra opposite Aadar Jain, Jackie Shroff, and others.
