Elnaaz Norouzi was born in Iran and migrated to Germany with her family when she was 8 years old. She started her modelling career while she was in her teens. She travelled several parts of Asia and Europe before she finally settled in India at the age of 19. She during her modeling career in India appeared in a numerous commercials such as Nerolac, Thumbs Up, and Myntra among various others.
After a highly successful modeling career, she plied her trade into films and made her acting debut through Pakistani film titled Maan Jao Naa in the year 2018. She then appeared in Punjabi film titled Khido Khundi. She shot to fame after her performance in much acclaimed web series called Sacred Games. She has also appeared in a couple of Punjabi music videos alongside Ranjit Bawa and Guru Randhawa. She will be next seen in second installment of Sacred Games and a Zee5 webseries, Abhay.
