The gorgeous actress, Geeta is prominently seen in the Bollywood Film Industry. Initially, in the year 2006, she was given the opportunity to play the role in the movie Dil Diya Hai opposite to Emraan Hashmi. She has also performed in this debut Hindi movie along with the co-star Ashmit Patel and directed by Aditya Datt. Consecutively, in the next year, she was given the chance to perform in the second movie – The Train. In this movie, she again played the role of Roma opposite to Emraan Hashmi along with Sayali Bhagat. In this role, she was supposed to be the working woman tends to be in an extramarital affair. It is a thriller based movie directed by Hasnain Hyderabadwala as well as Raksha Mistry. As a matter of fact, it is remake movie of American movie titled Derailed. 
 
Apart from the movie performances, she has also appeared in the music video – Ghum Sum Ghum Sum. Most prominently, she was the male protagonist’s love interest. Subsequently, she made a special appearance in the Hindi movie named as Zilla Ghaziabad along with other co-artists such as Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Vivek Oberoi, Charmy Kaur, and Ravi Kishan. Recently, in the year 2016, she got a chance to perform in Hindi movie - Second Hand Husband and Punjabi movie – Lock as Neha and Pammi respectively. Her other movies include Mr. Joe Carvalho and Bhaiyyaji Superhit.
