Hussain Talat was born on 12-02-1996 in Lahore in the state of Punjab, Pakistan as Mohammad Hussain Talat. He is a Pakistani Cricket Player who plays as a left-handed batting all-rounder for Pakistani natioanl cricket team, and Peshawar Zalmi.

Mohammad Hussain Talat was born and grew up in Lahore in to a Muslim family. He started playing street cricket at his childhood, and got inspiration from his former neighbour, who was allrounder Abdul Razzaq. He did his schooling at Muslim Model School in Lahore. At the age of 15, he joined the Victorious Cricket Club (VCC) at Minto Park in Lahore, and got professional cricket training.

He made his List A debut on 05-04-2013 for Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) against National Bnk at Lahore. In which, he scored 67 off 82 balls including 9 fours and 2 sixers. He made his T20 debut on 14-07-2013 for ZTBL against Sui Northern at Karachi. He took 37 off 40 balls including 3 fours and 1 sixer. He made his First-class debut on 23-10-2013 for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGP) against Port Qasim A (PQA) at Rawalpindi.

From 2017 to 2021, he played for various teams and franchise, including Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United, Southern Punjab, Central Punjab, and Lahore cricket team. He also played for the Nepal Premier League (NPL)'s team Karnali Yaks in 2024. In 2025, he played for Peshawar Zalmi.

He made his T20I debut on 01-04-2018 for Pakistan against West Indies at Karachi. He made his ODI debut on 22-01-2019 for Pakistan against South Africa at Durban.
