Isha Chawla Complete Bio & Career

Isha Chawla is a well known  Indian film actress known for her work in Telugu films. She went to Modern High School Delhi for her schooling and then attended Khalsa college, DUniversityrsity for completing her graduation in political science. She began her career with a theatre group ‘What IFF’ in Mumbai. She underwent three months of the training program from Barry John Acting Studio. She again started her theatre work after completing the training. She appeared in few advertisement and had worked for many corporate shoots.
 
She started her acting career in films with K. Vijay Bhaskar's movie ‘Prema Kavali’ in 2011.The movie was filmed under the RR Movie Makers Banner. The movie was a commercial hit and ran more than 100 days in theatres. It helped her to receive both name and fame. She became a known face with the film and even grabbed the most promising face of the Year Award for the film. She received many offers after Prema Kavali’s success, but she never quit theatre and her love towards it brought her back to Gurgaon. She started doing theater there with children with special needs/differently abled children. She made a comeback with 2012 film ‘Poola Rangadu‘. She was cast opposite Sunil and the movie was again a box office hit making her more famous once again. Later she worked with actor Balakrishna in movie ‘Srimannarayana‘ in 2012. Her comedy timings in the movie were appreciated by the crowd.
 
All of her three consecutive films were under RR Movie Makers and all were a super hit. Later she signed her first film outside the banner and worked in a remake of the Hindi film Tanu Weds Manu ‘Mr. Pellikoduku’. She played the character of Tanu which Kangana Ranawat played in ‘Tanu Weds Manu’. She was cast with Allari Naresh in 2014 film ‘Jump Jilani’. The movie was a remake of ‘Kalakalappu’ and she received a positive response from the audience for her work. She worked in Kannada film 'Viraats which was delayed and then released in 2016. The movie did well at box office and again her character received praises from the public. Her next movie is Ms Raju's ‘RUM‘. She started "AMANYA FOUNDATION" in 2017. It is an NGO working for Differently Abled /special needs. She has been putting lots of efforts for changing the lives of these kids. Her foundation takes various art forms for them. In 2017, they traveled and performed in a play titled 'JUGNU'. The play depicts the story of a bird with courage who worked for his dreams even though entire community was against him.
