His father is a well-known social & comedy artist and also a Padam Bhushan Awardee. He married actress Surilie Gautam He married actress Surilie Gautam Jasraj did his schooling at St. John's High School Chandigarh, went on to do his graduation from D.A.V. College, Chandigarh. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in Advertising & Public Relations from the Department of Mass Communication, Panjab University.
