Jayy Von Monroe’s actual name is Jeremy Brian Griffis. He only attended Elementary and Middle School and dropped out of High School and joined a band named Blood on the Dance Floor alongside Dahvie Vanity in 2009. He was a screamer in the Bank but after a rift with the other members in 2016; he left the band and currently posts his videos on myspace and his YouTube channel. He released 6 studio albums and 4 extended plays with the group and b ecame widely popular. Post the fallout with the band, he has released numerous singles and has achieved a niche for himself even in solo career.
 
In addition to singing, he has also worked as a model. He has various tattoos and multiple piercing on his body. He is best known for his rave dances, pop&lock, break dance, and tribal fusion belly dance. He has officially announced that he is a gay and frequently shares his pictures with his boyfriend on Instagram.
