Kamaal Rashid Khan made his acting debut through Bhojpuri film Munna Pandey Berozgaar in the year 2006. He came to limelight after he made his Bollywood debut through the Deshdrohi. The film was made on controversial subject and got banned in Maharashtra as well. In addition to acting, he also served as the producer of the film. In 2014, he did a cameo role in Ek Villain — There's one in every love story and that to date remains his last film in which he has acted.
Besides film, he has also tried his hands at small screen as well. He participated in the 3rd season of Bigg Boss and was arguably one of the most talked about contestant of his season. Besides his acting stint, he remains in news due to his controversial social media content. Every now and then he creates controversy after tweeting something about current government.
