Kanika Kapur was born on 4 March 1995. She is a model and actress by profession. She received her education from Delhi Public School. She made her debut in the Telugu film industry with the movie named, Tippu in 2017. In television, she made her entry with the show named, India’s next Superstars in 2018. Her hobbies include Travelling, singing, and dancing. She has a degree in journalism and mass communication.
 
She hails from the family of government officers. Her grandfather was an IAS officer in a 1960 batch. She is habitual of drinking alcohol. She started making short films at the age of 13. She took part in many theatres plays in her college. Numerous beauty pageants are also won by her. In 2013, she won Miss Mood Indigo and in 2014, Femina Style Diva North. Not only this, but she also emerged as the winner of Manappuram miss queen of India in 2015. She won the cash prize of 5 lakhs and was crowned Miss Asia 2015 in an event held at Le Meridian in Kochi. She played the role of Vaishnavi in the movie named, Tippu which was released in 2017. Besides this, she has done a lot of commercials for brands like Samsung Mobiles and Rexona Deodorant. She did a Bollywood movie named, A gift of Love: Sifar in 2019. She also did a music video titled Noor in 2019. She also did a serial named, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 along with Mohit Kumar which was aired on Sony TV.
