Karan was born on 19th August 1969 in Tamil Nadu, India. Karan is a popular South Indian Actor who mainly acts in Tamil and Malayalam films.

Karan Complete Bio & Career

His real name is Raghu Kesavan but opted to choose credits like Master Raghi for his childhood films and after turning adult started using the name Karan. He is an ace South Indian actor who appeared in Tamil language films such as Karuppusamy Kuththagaithaarar Kokki, Agnipushpam, and Kanniyum Kaalaiyum Sema Kadha.
 
He began his career as a minor artist and worked in over 20 films, opting for a screen name Master Raghu. He won Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist twice in his career. 
 
In 1990 he made his full-fledged debut as an adult in Tamil film Annamalai starring alongside Rajinikanth with no screen name and subsequently in Nammavarstarring alongside Kamal Hassan, but this time with the screen name Karan. Since then he has been a part of many Tamil films, especially starring Ajith & Vijay. In the year 2006, Karan got signed as a solo hero with the film Kokki and kept on advancing with films like  Kathavarayan and Karuppusamy Kuththagaithaarar.
 
His latest releases are "Uchathula Shiva" & "Thambi Vettothi Sundaram". Till date, he has acted in over 50 films in Malayalam and Tamil together.
