Kishen Bilagali was born in Chikmagalur. He went to boarding school for school level education. He then went to Bangalore for higher studies. His late mother wanted him to be a dancer and hence she sent him to dance school when he was just 8 years old. After graduation, he enrolled at the Shaimak Davar's dance school and got adept in various dance forms. He then joined Shiamak Davar Dance academy as an instructor and trained various students and also toured with dance group to various parts of India. To showcase his dancing skills, he participated in the dance reality show called Dance Deewane season 1. He was decalered as the youth winner and was overall second runner-up. After that show got over, he participated in Kannada dance reality show titled Takadhimitha in the year 2018. He was one of the finalists of the show. In 2019, he participated in the reality show Bigg Boss Kannada Season 7.
