Liam Dawson Complete Bio & Career

Liam Dawson is a batting all rounder from England who rose to prominence after his stint with England U-19 team in the year 2007. He was immediately offered a contract by Hampshire and thus made his first class debut in the year 2007. He became the youngest Hampshire player to score a century after he scored a century for them in the 2008 season. He was just 18 years old then. 
 
His all-round abilities made him a strong contender for the shorter format of the game. He was finally included in the England squad in the 2016 ICC World T20. He, however, didn’t feature in any game for them. Having already made his T20I and One Day debut for England in 2016, he was also handed a test cap when England toured India in 2016. With ordinary performance both with the bat and ball he was snubbed from the squad, After an impressive first class season in 2017 and 2018, he was included in the England’s squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. All eyes will be on him as he was a surprise inclusion according to many as Joe Denly was the top contender for a spinning all-rounder post.
